Jacob Eisler is the James Edmund and Margaret Elizabeth Hennessey Corry Professor at Florida State University College of Law. He received his JD from Harvard Law School and his PhD in Political Science from the Harvard University Department of Government. He is the author of The Law of Freedom: The Supreme Court and Democracy (Cambridge University Press, 2023), and his scholarship is available here.
