Dr. Rustam Jamilov is a post-doctoral research fellow at All Souls College and associate member of the Department of Economics, University of Oxford. He holds a PhD in economics from London Business School. His research interests include macroeconomics, monetary policy, and financial markets.

In new research, Rustam Jamilov shows how decreasing trust in the U.S. institutions has reduced the ability of the Federal Reserve to influence the economy in states that exhibit lower levels of trust.
