Janet Gao is an Associate Professor in Finance at Georgetown University, McDonough School of Business. Her research focuses on the area of empirical corporate finance. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Finance from Cornell University, and graduated from Peking University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics.
