Michal Barzuza is a professor of law and the Nicholas E. Chimicles Research Professor of Business, Law & Regulation at the University of Virginia Law School. She has written extensively on corporate governance, ESG, board of directors, shareholder activism, and regulatory competition. Barzuza is an ECGI research member, and was a board member at ALEA and a board member and a co-president at CELS.
