Michael Posner

Michael H. Posner is the Jerome Kohlberg Professor of Ethics and Finance and the Director of the Center for Business and Human Rights at the NYU Stern School of Business. He previously served as U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor and was the Executive Director of Human Rights First and currently serves as the Chair of the Fair Labor Association.
