His main interests are in Industrial Organization, Microeconomic Theory, and Market Design, with a focus on online platforms, the digital economy, and transportation. He has also worked on how to accelerate widespread access to Covid-19 vaccines, and some of his earlier research analyzes the economics of violence and illegal drug markets.
