Floris Zoutman

Floris Zoutman is professor of economics at the Norwegian School of Economics, where he is Deputy Director of the Norwegian Centre for Taxation. He holds a PhD in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and is a research fellow at CESifo. His research spans a range of topics in public finance, including optimal taxation, political competition, and social insurance, and has been published in leading academic journals such as Econometrica, The Economic Journal, and the Journal of Public Economics.
