Anouk van der Veer is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Competition Law and Digital Regulation at the Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology and Society (TILT) and the Tilburg Law and Economics Center (TILEC) at Tilburg University. She is finalizing her PhD “Dynamic Merger Control” at the European University Institute (EUI), wherein she studies the extent to which EU merger control adopts a dynamic approach to competition in transforming markets. During her PhD, she completed a traineeship at Merger Unit C.5 at DG COMP. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law and a Master's Degree in Corporate Law and Law & Economics (both with distinction) from Utrecht University. Beside her studies, she worked in the competition practice of de Brauw Blackstone Westbroek in Amsterdam and as a junior researcher at Utrecht University.
