Alessio Lombini

Alessio Lombini is a PhD student at the University of Maryland, College Park. He holds a Master’s in Applied Economics from the University of Neuchâtel, where he majored in International trade and Migration Policy. He has previously worked at the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), where he conducted research on global value chains, and at the Italian-Slovak Chamber of Commerce. His research interests lie at the nexus of political economy, international trade, trade policy, and development.
