The Stigler Center has opened applications for its 2027 Journalists in Residence cohort. The Journalists in Residence Program provides a transformative learning experience for journalists working in all forms of media around the world. Participants spend approximately 12 weeks on our Chicago Hyde Park campus during the spring, where they audit classes, participate in Stigler Center events, collaborate with peers, and network with the university’s scholars.
Journalists with at least some years of experience, proficient English, and an interest in deepening their knowledge and understanding of political economy are encouraged to apply.
