Yahui Song

Yahui Song is a Professor of Law at Nanjing University Law School, where he serves as the director of the Institute of Economic Law. He was selected as one of the National Top 10 Outstanding Young Jurists in 2023 by the China Law Society and appointed as the chief expert for Major Project of the National Social Science Fund of China in 2024. Additionally, he is a co-founder of the International Forum on Innovation and Regulation.
