Ricardo Marto

Ricardo Marto is an economist in the Research Division of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. His research focuses on topics in macroeconomics, climate economics, industrial organization, and labor economics. He previously worked in the Research Department of the International Monetary Fund and at the Inter-American Development Bank. He received a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, a master's degree in economics from UCL (U.K.), and a bachelor's degree in economics from the Nova School of Business and Economics (Portugal).
