Paolo Siciliani

Paolo is a senior researcher and competition expert at the Bank of England, and an independent advisor on competition economics at the UK Bar Standards Board. Prior to joining the Bank, Paolo was Chief Economist at the BBC Trust, and before that he worked as a competition economist at the UK Office of Fair Trading and at Vodafone Group. Paolo has co-authored two books: "Competition Law" and "Consumer Theories of Harm." He has also published in the Review of Industrial Organization, World Competition, the Journal of Competition Law & Economics, the Journal of European Competition Law & Practice, European Law Review, and the Antitrust Bulletin.
