Norman Bishara is a Professor of Business Law & Ethics at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Bishara's research focuses on human capital law and policy, including employee noncompete agreements and mobility, and the Future of Work, as well as corporate governance and ethics issues.
