Margherita Colangelo

Margherita Colangelo is Associate Professor of Comparative Law in the Law Department of Roma Tre University (Rome, Italy). She has authored two monographs and several articles in international law reviews, including the Columbia Journal of European Law, World Competition, European Competition Journal, Journal of European Competition Law & Practice, and European Competition Law Review, among others. She was a 2020/21 Non-Resident Fellow at the Institute for Consumer Antitrust Studies at Loyola University Chicago, School of Law. Her current research focuses on regulation and competition law issues in the pharmaceutical and digital markets from a comparative perspective.
