David Gindis

David Gindis is an associate professor in the School of Law at the University of Warwick, United Kingdom, where he teaches corporate law, corporate governance, and the economic analysis of law. His research focuses on the nexus between legal and socioeconomic features of business firms and the history of the law and economics movement. He is a recipient of the History of Economic Analysis Award (European Society for the History of Economic Thought, 2021).
