Christina M. Sautter

Christina M. Sautter is the Associate Dean for Research and a Professor of Law at SMU Dedman School of Law, as well as a co-founder of the Center for Retail Investors & Corporate Inclusion. Her scholarship focuses on corporate governance, with an emphasis on the infrastructural features that facilitate the participation of everyday individuals in the corporate sector. Her scholarship has appeared or is forthcoming in leading law journals, including the Boston University Law Review, the Washington University Law Review, and the Florida Law Review. She is regularly invited to contribute to edited volumes, featured in podcasts and blogs, and quoted in magazines and newspapers.
