Peter Norlander

Dr. Peter Norlander is an associate professor of management and director of the MS HR program at Loyola University Chicago Quinlan School of Business. Norlander studies how institutions affect worker outcomes. In addition to studies of guest worker programs, non-traditional work arrangements, and the effects of technology on workers, he is currently researching the extent of anti-competitive clauses in public-sector outsourcing agreements. Norlander received his PhD in management from UCLA.
