Oscar Borgogno is a Research Expert in the International Relations and Economics Department at the Bank of Italy, and a teaching assistant at LUISS (Italy). He received his PhD in law from the University of Turin in 2022 and a MSc in Law and Finance at the University of Oxford. Oscar’s research investigates the challenges for competition policy and financial regulation associated with the advent of digital markets. His work has been published in The Antitrust Bulletin, Computer Law & Security Review, European Review of Private Law, European Competition Journal, Journal of European Consumer and Market Law, and European Business Law Review, among the others.
